Please note that pre-ordered items from overseas therefore delivery timeline will be around 12-14 (other than Malaysia delivery timeline will be longer) working days counting from next day upon receiving payment notification unless otherwise stated such as products under "Ready Stock" categories therefore delivery timeline will be around 1-7 working days(other than Malaysia delivery timeline will be longer).

Refund can be done only if:
a) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or
b) the items is having defect and we have no stock to replace for you.

All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing order. If you are paying by bank transfer, please follow the instructions of payment.

All sales are final, no refund/cancellation is allowed once order is placed.Once payment is made, please provide the snap/scan payment receipt or print screen with all particulars as below to: onlinesales@himone2shop.com. Please proceed your payment within 48 hours, if we do not receive your payment within this timeframe, your order will automatically be cancelled without any further notice.

EXCHANGE of DEFECTED goods can ONLY be done if buyer reports the issue to us within 24 hours upon receive of the items.

We will base on PosLaju tracking system to determine the valid period for all return requests. For example, if we deliver your item on 2nd Jan, PosLaju will normally deliver the item on next business day which is 3rd Jan, then you will have the whole of 4th Jan to report to us should you require a return / exchange request. Any reports made after 4th Jan will not be entertained. (Please attached a clear photo for the defect area & stated which item)

All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by us. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive parcel and sign. We shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to address are not complete( MUST HAVE POSCODE), wrong address, wrong person name, or being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

- we encounter problems during delivery.

In some instances there may be stock constraints on certain items or items may no longer be available, we aim to inform you as soon as possible of any delays or unexpected changes via email.
