1. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
  • The items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made;
  • The items is having defect and we have no stock to replace for you.
  • The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer.
  1. All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing order.
  2. EXCHANGE of DEFECTED goods can ONLY be done if buyer reports the issue to us within 24 hours upon receive of the items.
